We are inviting you to take a hike with us on Saturday 29th from 9am - 2pm. we will meet at Mill Lane in Shoreham-by-Sea and be transported to the start, ten minutes away, by car.
There are only 12 spaces available.
We know that there’s power in men gathering to talk, to listen and learn together, in ally-ship. We believe this is a time when doing so is essential.
We’ll be reflecting on the year as we entering 'the wintering', walking side by side. Our hope is that you’ll return with a realisation, an insight and a commitment that resonates for you moving forward into 2026, well before the season of spontaneous and abandoned resolutions.
An 8 mile out and back, this hike will be take 5 hours, at an intentional pace rather than an amble.
Did we mention we take a break in a in a pub?
There’s some gentle elevation on the route, and tracks, so good walking boots or trail shoes are advised. You know what late autumn can be like so appropriate clothing is a must. To keep things simple, we’re asking you to bring what you’ll eat and drink, especially water. I’ll carry a spare baguette and cheese.
This hike is an experiment and we’d love your feedback on reflection, what worked, what would better look like. The value is £50, although there's no charge this time.
To prepare you for the hike Matt will be sending out a free short questionnaire that’s the foundation of his transformational coaching. It asks questions, the walk will begin to reveal the answers.
