the hike
Our Vision
We are inviting you to take a hike with us on Sunday 27th of September, 2026 from 10:00 - 17:00pm. There are only 16 spaces available.
We encourage you to join us, knowing that The Clearing Hike is a place where every one is made to feel welcome.
NO ORDINARY HIKE
We know that there’s power in men gathering to talk, to listen and learn together, in ally-ship. We believe this is a time when doing so is essential. mid way through a year that might be racing passed us.
You will be joined by Matt and Karl, both trained and qualified coaches. They will work with you before, during, and after the event to ensure it has a positive impact.
THERE AND BACK
An 19km out and back, this hike will be take 7 hours, at an intentional pace rather than an amble. Did we mention we'll take a break in a in a pub?
WHAT TO BRING
There’s some gentle elevation on the route, and tracks, so good walking boots or trail shoes are advised. You know what a British Summer can be like, so appropriate clothing is a must. To keep things simple, we’re asking you to bring what you’ll eat and drink, especially water.
